Who
I'm a multi-disciplinary creative leader focusing on brand activation and customer experiences. My expertise spans the full creative spectrum of experiential, digital product design, branding, and integrated marketing. I mainly perform as a Creative Director, but I'm well versed as a CX Director, Design Director and Head of Brand.
I cut my teeth in Toronto as an interactive art director/designer working at boutique digital agencies before joining the Canadian hotshop, Blast Radius as a creative director—broadening my experience across North America. I returned to London with Blast Radius to launch the Nokia relationship as part of WPP. Subsequently, as part of the creative leadership for Wunderman UK, I continued to work with global brands including GSK and Microsoft before joining Critical Mass to drive the Infiniti, Mitsubishi and Apple accounts.
Recently, I spent time at Deloitte Digital running a CX and Design practice before joining Informa, the professional events company and led an in-house creative and design function.
What
My core skills are conceptual creativity and design honed over years of working at the front line of digital transformation and integrated marketing—from early .com website design through the waves of social, content, mobile, data, automation and now AI. This breadth gives me a versatile, end-to-end perspective from concept through to beautifully crafted design and production across experience design, digital marketing and brand design. I have a track record of leading teams through complex, high-impact initiatives. While my role today is primarily strategic and leadership focused, I’m not afraid to get hands-on with concepting, art direction or design when it elevates the work or accelerates the team.
A crucial aspect of my role is the capacity to engage directly with the C-Suite, as well as key stake-holders across your organisation. I'm just as adept at driving new business, facilitating vision workshops, unearthing valuable strategic insights to overseeing design and delivery projects.
